Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We offer free shipping to eligible destinations worldwide on all orders. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Estimated Delivery Time (Framed Prints):

Each framed print is made to order within 1-4 days in the USA. Total estimated delivery time (including production) are:

USA: 3-9 business days
Canada: 10-20 business days
Europe / UK / Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 10-25 business days
Rest of world: 10-25 business days

Estimated Delivery Time (Unframed Prints):

Each unframed print (rolled) is made to order within 2-7 days from one of our trusted printing partners closest to your location to reduce shipping times (from USA, Australia, Latvia and Japan). Total delivery time (including production) are:

USA/Canada: 5-15 business days
Europe / UK / Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 6-15 business days
Rest of world: 10-25 business days

Secure Packaging and Delivery

Every order is carefully packaged to help protect your artwork throughout its journey.

Framed prints are protected with corner guards and protective face padding, then securely packed inside durable corrugated boxes for safe delivery.
Unframed prints are securely rolled and shipped in sturdy kraft mailing tubes to help prevent creasing or damage during transit.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order and take great care in ensuring each print arrives to you in perfect condition.

If your print or frame happens to arrive damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us at hello@demasrusli.com within 5 days after receiving your order with all details so we can make it right.

Please note: Since each print is made to order specifically for you, it is not possible to return or exchange for simply change of mind.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If you notice an error with your shipping details or need to request a change, please email hello@demasrusli.com within a few hours after placing your order. We'll always do our best to help fix any issues, however once an order enters production/fulfillment stage - it cannot be changed. Please check your shipping address and order details carefully before completing checkout.
