Every photograph is printed on 260gsm premium luster photo paper, chosen for its crisp detail, rich colour and beautifully refined photographic finish. The subtle luster surface sits between matte and gloss, adding natural depth and vibrancy while helping resist fingerprints.

Framed prints use archival premium luster paper with pigment-based giclée printing, while unframed prints use acid-free, fade-resistant premium luster paper designed to preserve the photograph beautifully over time.

Note: Unframed prints are printed edge-to-edge (no white border), and gives you the freedom to choose your own frame that suits your space.

Signature Solid Oak Frame Collection 

Each framed print is made-to-order and professionally hand-assembled in the USA using a genuine solid oak frame, creating a clean, timeless finish.

Solid Oak Frame
A slim 1.4 × 1.6 cm (0.55 × 0.63 in) oak profile for a refined, contemporary look. Available in Natural Oak, Black Oak or White Oak.

Gallery-Style White Mat
An inner white mat window frames the photograph and creates breathing room around it, while its beveled edge adds subtle depth and a polished gallery-style finish.

Shatter-Resistant Acrylic Front Glazing
Clear, lightweight and durable acrylic front glazing (1-2mm) protects the artwork while making the frame safer and more durable for shipping and everyday display. 

Arrives Fully Assembled & Ready to Hang
Professionally assembled and finished in the USA, then delivered ready to display straight from the box. Includes backing, turn-buttons and sawtooth hangers for convenient wall mounting.

We offer free shipping to eligible destinations worldwide on all orders. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Framed Prints Estimated Delivery Time:

Each framed print is made to order within 1-4 days in the USA. Total estimated delivery time (including production) are:

• USA: 3-9 business days

• Canada: 10-20 business days

• Europe / UK / Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 10-25 business days

• Rest of world: 10-25 business days

Unframed Prints Estimated Delivery Time:

Each unframed print (rolled) is made to order within 2-7 days from one of our trusted printing partners closest to your location to reduce shipping times (from USA, Australia, Latvia and Japan). Total delivery time (including production) are:

• USA/Canada: 5-15 business days

• Europe / UK / Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 6-15 business days

• Rest of world: 10-25 business days

Secure Packaging and Delivery

Every order is carefully packaged to help protect your artwork throughout its journey.

• Framed prints are protected with corner guards and protective face padding, then securely packed inside durable corrugated boxes for safe delivery.

• Unframed prints are securely rolled and shipped in sturdy kraft mailing tubes to help prevent creasing or damage during transit.

Returns and Damaged Goods

We want you to be happy with your order and take great care in ensuring each print arrives to you in perfect condition. 

If your print or frame happens to arrive damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us at hello@demasrusli.com within 5 days after receiving your order with all details so we can make it right. 

Please note: Since each print is made to order specifically for you, it is not possible to return or exchange for simply change of mind.
